Day 01: GUWAHATI TO BHALUKPONG/NAMERI
Arrive at Guwahati Apt. / Station and transfer to Bhalukpong or Nameri in Assam Arunachal Border covering a distance of 240km in 5 hrs.. Reaching Bhalukpong or Nameri covering a distance of 149 km from Guwahati Airport will proceed to an eco accommodation with a nice environment by the side of the mesmerizing Kameng River.
Day 02: BHALUKPONG/NAMERI TO DIRANG
After having an early B/f at Eco Resort we are transfering to Dirang crossing Assam Arunachal border, after having formalities done at the Bhalukpong check gate. Our drive up to Dirang covers a distance of 145 km in 5 hrs journey. Throughout the road is an enjoyable though somewhere we may face hard drive due to road maintenance, which is also a hilly road overlooking typical atmosphere of Arunachal. On the way we may enroute visit to the Tippy Orchid Farm and research Centre. We can have our lunch at Tenga or Sessa (in road side eatery)
Day 03: DIRANG SIGHT SEEING
After B/f we have full day sightseeing of Dirang. In the morning visit Sangti valley, a picturesque valley which is very enchanting . It’s a serene place by the side of mesmerizing Sangti river and patches of green paddy fields, slender pines and Kiwi & Apple orchards will amaze every visitor. Typical stone houses built by the Monpas over here, lend a very special charm to this place.
After this we will visit the Dirang dzong, a typical village inhabited by the monpa tribes of Buddhist origin and the monastery. We can visit Yak Research Centre.
Day 04: DIRANG TO TAWANG
After an earl B/f transfer to Tawang via Sella pass-one of the highest motorable paas (17,300 ft) and the amazing Sela Lake. Enroute sightseeing at Indo-China War fame JaswantGarh, Located 21 kms from Sela Pass towards the direction of Tawang, the memorial was erected in honor of the memory of myrter Jaswant Singh of Indian Army who fought courageously with the Chinese army in the 1962 Indo-China War. WE are halting near famous Jang falls or Nuranang Falls. Reaching Tawang by evening.
If we reach early then we may visit Tawang Monastery and light & Shadow show , War memorial etc.
Day 05: EXCURSION TO BUMLA
After having B/f at Hotel and will go for sightseeing of Madhuri Lake or Boomla Pass & others in Indo-China border. (Visit to the Bumla depends on permits to border area if no disturbance). Shonga-tser Lake is famous as Madhuri Lake.
Bumla Pass is situated 37 kms away from Tawang. Bumla Pass was the passage used by Dalai Lama to escape from Tibet and to enter India.The Indo-China border that lies at 16000 ft altitude is the right place for you to assess your fitness level if you love adventure. the ideal time to visit the place to enjoy its limitless beauty would be from May to October. But winter is best for Snow Tour.
If we reach early then we may visit Tawang Monastery and light & Shadow show , War memorial etc.

Day 05: LOCAL SIGHT SEEING TO KITPI CHUKSOM
In the morning drive to Kitpi village where you will be able to see the traditional Monpa way of life . Walk around this beautiful village to experience firsthand the rural way of life . From here drive further down to Chuksom bridge, built in the 14th century over Tawang Chu river .
Day 06: TAWANG TO BOMDILA TRANSFER
After having B/f at Hotel transfer to Bomdila. On the way back we will visit the Mesmerising Nuranang Waterfalls.This spectacular 100 meter-high waterfalls is located 40 kms away from Tawang and it is also called as Jang Falls. (if not done on the day way to Tawang) . In the evening we can come to Upper Gumpa of Bomdila and can have awalk over the Bomdila Town.
Day 07: BOMDILA TO GUWAHATI TRANSFER
After an early B/f at Bomdila we are heading towards Pobitora in Assam covering a distance of 285 km in 8 hrs. Here we will sty in a small resort with traditional style amidst serene natural ambience. Pobitora is a wild life sanctuary and a home numerous wild species like, One horned Rhino, Asiatic Buffalo, Sambar & hundreads of Birds.
Day 08: GUWAHATI TO SHILLONG TRANSFER
Early morning we will go for a Mother Kamakhya Temple (Optional & if we wish to visit).
Then we are proceeding towards Shillong in Meghalaya. On the way to Shillong We may have our lunch at Jiva Veg or Excellentia of Nongpoh in Assam Meghalaya border. After Lunch we will reach the Umiam Lake on way to Shillong. Umium Lake, most popularly known as the Barapani lake. Sprawled over a vast area of Water body, the lake is a treat for nature lovers. Breathtaking views of the lake are the highlights of this heavenly place.
Next to it before enter to Shillong City we may visit to the Don Bosco Museum of Indigenous Culture-a Showcase of North Eastern Culture & Heritage. (if reaches before 3.00 PM)
Day 09, EXCURSION TO DAWKI MAWLYNNONG
After breakfast early in the morning we start for Dawki and Mawlyngnong .
On reaching Dawki, we can explore the crystal clear waters of river Umngot and can experience a country Boat Ride in the Umngot River. Then coming down to Mawlyngnong-the Cleanest Village of Asia after having lunch at Ka Bri, then explore the Living Root Bridge at Riwai village and can trek for a while there near the root bridge, visit Old Church of the Epiphany -the only church inside Mawlynnong village build in 1902, Sky walk to 85 feet Bamboo structure called Masan that offers a bird's eye view of the village and a panoramic view of Bangladesh plains.

After breakfast early in the morning we start for Cherrapunjee instead of Dawki - Mawlynnong.
We are on way ma visit the Laitlum canyons On the way we halt near the Duen Singh Siyem Bridge to capture the ridges of the Blue hills and capture few scenic shots.
Cherrapunjee popularly known as Sohra. Enjoy the day amidst the breathtaking views of foggy valleys and rivers in Cherrapunjee, we explore the 340 metre high Nohkalikai falls –known as the tallest one in India & World’s fourth highest. Along the way to Nohkalikai Falls, a scenic and relatively crowd-free waterfall and the Mawsmai Lime stone Caves-the stalagtites & stalagmites.
Cherrapunjee is known for handicrafts, especially items made from cane and bamboo. Stalls and shops selling cane and bamboo artefacts ranging from mementos to furniture and good quality orange flower honey.
After exploring Mawlyngnong late in the afternoon or Cherrapunjee coming back to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day 09, SHILLONG LOCAL EXCURSION
After breakfast drive to Mawphlang for an enticing forest walk in the sacred groves. The Khasi of Meghalaya at one time was animists who believed in the spirits of the forest. Hence every village maintained a tract of forest called Sacred Grove where they used to worship the elements of nature and perform sacrifices. The forests of Mawphlang are one of the last surviving sacred groves in Meghalaya.
Instead of it we may visit we are visiting visit the Laitlum canyons, embracing the tranquil panoramas of the valley below. Then depending on time we are visiting Ever living museum, which is a living testimony of one’s love for nature, culture, tradition, history and posterity. The museum has three components — the main museum, stone museum and a garden of wild orchids, wild flowers and wild fruits.
Day 10, SHILLONG TO GUWAHATI AIRPORT / STATION TO DROP
After breakfast its time to depart and dropping to Guwahati airport after a weeklong tour amidst cool ambience of Meghalaya and Switzerland of the east Tawang in cool arunachal ever to memorize, to catch evening flights.
